RTN Mental Health Solutions was founded in 2019 by Michael Schumacher, with the vision of making fast, affordable, and accessible assessments for neurodevelopmental conditions – specifically ADHD and autism -available to everyone who needs them. Soon after, Graeme Scott joined as co-founder, and together they built a company grounded in compassion, clinical expertise, and accessibility.
Today, our team has grown to over 100 staff members, and we are proud to be a diverse, inclusive organisation, with many team members bringing their own lived experience of neurodiversity to their roles.
In July 2025, Matt Jolly became CEO after discovering RTN while seeking assessments for his children and shortly after, receiving his own autism diagnosis. His journey reinforces our deep understanding of the challenges neurodiverse individuals and families face and fuels our continued commitment to making a real difference.

RTN Mental Health is a multidisciplinary team of experts comprised of psychologists, psychiatrists, Speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, pharmacists, mental health nurses and support staff. Our clinician-led services aim to improve lives by providing the highest quality of care.
